Women groups have been provided with non refundable funds by Hon Hellen Adoa as seed capital of Ugandas Shillings One Million (Ugx 1,000,000). This money is meant to support the women and eliminate poverty.
She has supported the health sector by providing mama kits to pregnant mothers, sanitary pads to girls and women. She has also put up screening and treatment of over 20,000 women of Cervical Cancer, tests and also treatment of other illness for children, men and women.
Annual Cup tournaments have always been organised in different counties. Hon Adoa has also donated footballs, netballs, and volleyballs, uniform to youth and schools, aiming to curb idleness.
Hon. Hellen Adoa has significantly enhanced the education sector by building both primary and secondary schools. She also offers scholarships to top students, fostering academic excellence and promoting community development. Her efforts have created greater opportunities for youth and contributed to the long-term growth of the region.
Hon. Hellen Adoa, the State Minister for Fisheries, has implemented extensive measures to ensure the safety and sustainability of fish in Uganda's waterbodies. Her dedicated efforts have significantly contributed to the protection and preservation of the nation's vital aquatic resources.
Hon. Hellen Adoa has enhanced community engagement by building boreholes in various subcounties, supporting bereaved families, resolving family disputes, and hosting Barazas, allowing residents to voice their concerns directly.
